Agate Fluorite is a transfer student that is a new addition to the school. Agate becomes a popular student, due to his humorous and friendly enthusiasm which brightens up the otherwise quiet and sullen atmosphere of the school. He also befriends a high-achieving student named Beryl Jasper.
However, Agate has a special secret and a hidden past. He has powers that are capable of creating miracles. He also became embroiled in a plot involving the creation of artificial Soldiers, both of which have made Agate a target for both the military responsible and a religious sect as well.
