"I could kill him while he sleeps," Takken said to himself, before seeing Xalem get up. He silently followed her before standing behind her, his reflection appearing behind hers.
"I'm leaving." was all that he said, standing as still as stone, contemplating just leaving without giving her a chance for a reply.
