Shape: It’s like a thin curved samurai sword (I don’t know how to spell the real name.) and it has blades on both sides.
Skill: Has the control over fire.
Element: Fire.

Hmm, I'm assuming that Kenpachi would have a combat based shikai so maybe something like

Name:kyoubou chigatana (Frenzied Bloody Blade)

Ability: Something like immense strength/defensive increase and it could possibly be a lighter yet longer weapon. And since Kenpachi likes to get hurt in battle something like the more blood he looses and the more blood he draws from the opponent the stronger the sword as well as his spiritual pressure gets.

The release command would be something like: kiritateru (Slay all)

Shape: Similer to his original weapon, but probably longer and the hilt branches out into spikes.

i'd completely agree with ya BHJ if it wasn't for the fact that ikkaku's bankai does something quite similar and kubo doesn't seem to like peoples powers to overlap.

Ok i am here sorry guy my connection at home is crappy. I can just picture Zarakis to be the biggest and baddest shikai there is, Oh and this got me thinking his power is so much he can't seal it so maybe the sword he uses now is actually his shikai?

I think Zaraki should have a speed based zanpakutou, because he is pretty much the slowest of the captains.

Doesn't that sound exactly like Ichigo's bankai? Yea, Zaraki is pretty slow but I think that's ok because of his amazing insanity.

Well you see, Ulqiorra's cero was blue because it reflects his hotness. XD Or maybe the top 5 espada have a different colored cero? I didn't know what color cero usually are (I've only read the manga about this arc)
