Okay, so i have a friend, and her little sister was wondering what anime has a girl, that when she gets mad, her arms turn into gun arms and her eyes light up?
yeah, i know, not much to run with, but i figured that the gun arms would be good enough of a unique thing to help..

Btw, I don't remember Chise having her eyes turning red when she had to go to war, so I have a little doubt about that one.
