What is Your Fav. Fighting Game

I am not sure. I mean I have played a whole lot of fighting games but I am not sure which one is the best.

i like a lot of fighting games, but the tekken series stands out in my oppinion.

Yeah. It does funny how I just got through playing Tekken 5 when I made the topic! But the Soul Caliber series stands out too though.

What I meant to say was what is your favorite game not fighting game series ex:Mortal Kombat:Deadly Alliance. See it doesn't have to be a series. Anyway I think Tekken 5 is pretty awesome. That and SCII.

Ah, the darkdriver's favorite fighting games?

Bootleg upgrades for SFII will always be a favorite; midair moves and the different strength buttons actually steering projectiles up or down made SFII into a real 2D battle.
World Heroes is also pretty good. Where else can the mad monk Rasputin fight Joan of Arc?
Art of Fighting is good as well. The ability to drain the power-up bar through taunting is a good innovation.
Double Dragon: The Movie (for the SNK) is another good one; using the life bar as the power-up bar (meaning that you powered up faster when you had little life) is a good innovation.
But Tuff-E-Nuff for the SNES will remain a favorite. The different characters, their weird moves, and the slo-mo replay feature at the end of each match that you can rewind as well to show off how cool the special moves look...now that is really neat.

Soul Caliber, Budokai, Rave Master Special attack force, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Tekken, and Street Fighter. There are all the best Fighting games FINAL!!!!!

Isn't that for the original Playstation? I heard it was the first 3D fighting game on the PS.
