1. I was wondering do the Senshis have the same problem with their responsibility as far as what they want in Life?
2. How do they change back to human form?
3. How do the Senshi Protect their identity from other people? Did anybody theaten to to tell the world?
4. Can they fight without turning into Senshi? Like fighting in thier human form?
5. Do they fight anybody that is not an alien?

1. Yes. Sometimes their goals and personalities are incorporated into their battles.
2. Quite frankly, they detransform. There is an episode in the S season (The Shadow of Silence? A firefly's fading glow) in which Sailor Uranus walks away from the other senshi, and in a swirl of cherry blossom petals (and a brief view of her naked butt o_O) she is back to being Haruka. Also, for those of you who have seen the SuperS movie, Black Dream Hole, uncut, you will know that the senshi have a graphic (well, in terms of Barbie-doll nudity) detransformation scene.
3. Ho, yeah. A lot of the time, enemies blackmail the senshi by threatening to reveal their identities. In one of the first few episodes in season one, Sailor Moon hides from her little brother in fear that he might recognize her as Usagi, but that idea never came back (i.e., Sailor Moon never worried about anyone close to her figuring out her alias).
4. Yeah, they can. Remember the R movie, anyone? Plus, Rei can always use her attack "Akuryo Taisan" to banish evil spirits, even when she's a human.
5. Technically, the enemies in season one were human (Beryl was just a soceress human and the generals even served on Prince Endymion's court). Also, the monsters-of-the-day in Stars, phages, were just humans whose star seeds had burnt out and transformed them into Sailor Senshi.

The REanson Why I asked because of I was watching Spiderman 2, when Peter Parker had taken time off of being Spiderman. I was just thinking did the Senshi ever questinoed thier responsibilities as Senshi over thier regular lives

Yeah. In SuperS, there was an episode where Zirconia tricked the Sailor Team by appearing as their reflections in the mirror. She then started talking about how much better their lives could be if they weren't senshi, and they almost agreed with her.
