Kurama... and Hiei?

What is up with the japanese TV show always having Kurama and Hiei by each other and doing things? I have no complaints with the combination, I just need to know why.

I'm guessing the people who planned out the anime were all for Kurama+Hiei, but couldn't actually make them a couple without Togashi's consent. The "Kurama and Hiei do everything together" thing is probably just the anime staff's subtle attempt at getting them together. That's just my guess, of course; no one knows for sure.

Remember that Kurama is Hiei's only best friend and friend.(He only respects the others like Yusuke, Genkai, and a little Kuwabara)

Before Kurama met Yusuke he was friends with Hiei. We all know that Kurama is a Demon so living in the world with humans mad him miss his home so since Hiei was a demon he felt happy to be with someone from his own world.

Kurama and Hiei are always doing things together cause they are the best of friends,maybe more and they will always be one of my fav yaoi couples reguardless of other ppls. opinions^^

Origionally Yoshihiro was going to make Hiei and Kurama a yaoi couple but something caused him to not do it, so there are remnants that suggest a relationship although they arent really yaoi. I think they would have made a good couple though o.o;
