Yeah, so who else here has seen Donnie Darko? I know it's relatively old by a few years, but most people have only seen the director's cut that was released only a little while back, since it didn't do to good in theatres.
Anyway, this is probably my favorite non-action film. It was confusing at first, but I liked it a lot better after looking up info online, and it became my favorite after I had to do a study on schizophrenia for genetics class. And no, I didn't see it because my friends were talking about it and I wanted to be cool; Roger Ebert said it was really good and I wanted to prove him wrong, but failed.
So post here if you saw it and liked it, saw it and hated it, or saw it and are totally confused. I might be able to help make some sense of it.
And if you haven't seen it, go to the library or Blockbuster and rent it...you tasteless b***ard.

One of my top 5 movie pics! I actualy prefered the more complex and longer director's cut. I think Jake did amazing here ^^

It's one of my favourite movies of all time. It carries more weight because I can connect and relate to aspects of it, which always makes a movie more significant.

I remember that movie... me and my friend Jo talk about every now and then... lol I've never seen the dirrector's cut... yet... I saw the origonal of it. I liked it^^ I must rent it to watch again... one of these days when I have... money.... yes... money... ^^ Good movie^^ D@mn good movie^^
