Fillers=Bull, made to widen the gap between anime and manga. Nothing real comes from here. Only thing that truly matters=canon. And like it or not, the "original shlt" is really what matters.

Maybe this will help you understand:
Manga = the real story
Anime = based on the manga with changes made by the director but the manga is always considered the real story, not the anime.
