I don't think so, she looks older than Chi-Chi! Especially since Videl cut her hair short. Now Android 18 is still as pretty as a picture, but that's because she's an Android and she doesn't age

That explains why Krillin has grey hair and Android 18 looking the same.

Yup! Marron has defiantly inherited her mothers beauty, in DBZ I feared she would turn out looking like Krillin >.<
