Rizel followed silently behind, combing her fingers through her hair. Every now and then she turned to look behind her with a look that could be paranoia and kept repeating this until she bumped into Leviathan's back.
"Oh! Um, sorry, I was looking at stuff," she apologized sheepishly.

Chewing the worm slowly, Nana listened to the music. She could remember hearing it somewhere in school, but couldn't recall when or where or anything relating to the piece. However, something about the way it sounded almost set off in alarm in her head.
"Is this . . . one of those sappy, romantic movies?" she asked slowly, hoping that her assumptions were wrong.

[Seras]

"Don't worry about them. They're still in the store. He put the groceries in the bike.

Edward shrugged and ate some popcorn "I chose a random movie" He saw the a bunch of names appearing in different parts of a city.

[KoYue]

"Worry about who?" Rizel asked cheerfully, attempting to act more clueless than usual.

"But, had you been paying attention, you wouldn't have chosen that kind of movie, right?" Nana demanded.

[Seras]

"The people that you think are staring at you"

"Probly not" Edward said as he looked at Nana "Why... do you have something against romance movies?"

[KoYue]

"Ah . . . how'd you know?" Rizel asked quietly, looking a bit embarrassed.

"Yes, I do!" Nana cried in a much louder voice than she had intended. "They're so cliched and worse of all, they always make me act the way I'm intended to react in such a scene. If it's sad, I cry. If it's romantic, I swoon. Oh . . .!"

[Seras]

"You wanted out of the store quickly and you keep messing with your hair and looking aorund" Leviathan got on the bike and waited for her to on.

Edward rolled his eyes "Chill out Nana. No one can see you do this"

[KoYue]

"You're good at seeing stuff that other people miss," Rizel murmured after a few quiet moments as she got on the bike.

Ignoring the voices of other moviegoers shushing her, Nana continued. "You can! And that's worse than no one."

[Seras]

Leviathan shrugged "I just noticed that thing about you" He started the bike and headed back to her house.

Edward sighed. He took the gummy worms and left her with the popcorn and the soda "Fine, I'll move" he moved down to the very end seat and looked at the screen.

[KoYue]

"Do you notice lots of things about people?"

Nana sighed with relief and picked at the popcorn. She appreciated the fact that Edward had moved, but it bothered her a bit for a reason she couldn't identify.

[Seras]

"Not always but you seemed panicked so I noticed"

Edward bit off hakf the gummy worm, ate that half then ate the other half while he watched some crisis about a missing person up on the screen.

[KoYue]

"Do you ever panic? You look like the kind of person that doesn't. At least not easily."

Just as Nana had feared, she ended up being drawn into the story. Fear showed on her face as someone listed off what could have happened to the missing person, wincing at the worst ones. Holding a fist against her lips, she leaned forward.

[Seras]

Leviathan smiled "Not really. Everything will turn out alright in the end, it usually does."

Edward gulped watching the movie, not that he was scared about himself but more of Nana. He watched as the cops continued to horrify the group of friends about what could be happening to the missing person. The girls were getting really worked up, one was already crying and the other was ready to leave.

[KoYue]

"But do you ever get scared or think the worse of stuff?"

Feeling a bit naseus, Nana set aside the popcorn and chewed on her fingernails instead. The missing person had disappeared in a movie theatre. One like this one apparently. And apparently this was only the latest victim in a long string of disappearances.

[Seras]

"I try not to but but yeah, everyone does." He pulled into her driveway.

Edward gulped and was sitting up straighter he wasn't liking the turn out of this movie. He got up and moved a seat closer bringing the candy with him.

[KoYue]

"When was the last time you felt like that?"

Out of the corner of her eye, Nana briefly noticed that Edward had moved a seat closer but didn't acknowledge it in any visible form. The movie's music had been misleading. She had feared a romantic movie and it still might turn out to be that, but since the group of friends had decided to break into the place where their missing friend had last been seen and were now splitting up she realized it was turning into a horror movie.

[Seras]

"Last week when dad came home for a few days" Leviathan carried the groceries into the house and put them on the counter.

Edward calmed down when the friends split up into the house. One of them had brought a magnifyinh glass which made him laugh softly as he watched the girl state she was like Sherlock Holmes and start looking at the whole room through the magnifying glass.
