There is a lot to consider here and if I could just base my vote on Nelly being awesome it would be a hands down yes..

Nelly clearly has what it takes to be moderator though having been selected before and seems to be more serious about taking on the role of moderator this time around. Also Nelly is super active which is always a good thing. ^^
