(I did read that whole thing. I believe its disrespectful to comment on something that you don't read) -_-. For One: Locke, you are a mod.. you shouldn't be making topic like these... you're not setting a good example as an... a.a person doo-dad. Maybe asking someone else to make this thread might of helped a tad.
For Two: *sigh* I know tons of emo people.. and am emo (in a sense) my self. Your opinion about emo-ism is indeed your opinion. But maybe you making this thread and you flaming the way you are and are doing is taking it to an extreme. theres a time and place for that.. not exactly in a thread. Maybe PMing someone who you think would of agreed would of been more suitible and appriate. You are going to have people who agree with you.. and people who disagree, such as myself. 'Normal' people may never feel what an 'emo' person feels and an 'emo' person may never feel what a 'normal' person feels.. you're gonna get some opinions about this from alot of people...
But dude, you took this.. I believe too far.
You are always flaming. Tone it down a bit, please, for the sake of.. sake..If we (the normal users that aren't mods) made a topic like this it would be locked in a heart beat after mods (like yourself) got their word in.. or if it began to get people who flame too much. So I think that threads like this shouldn't even be made.
How about going back to the saying "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" ??
Even if I didn't not have emo in me I would still have a strong opinion about this because... this is like a complete .. flaming and hate thread.
Now that is my opinion. Me and you locke will always have the total opposite opinions.. thats how we roll. Just thought I'd let you know that you aren't going to make a thread like this and not get a little fight out of it (Dude.. hik should become a mod. She's be pretty good). (emo isn't taking over the world
Its more like.. violence, sex, drugs.. etc.)
Opinions.. always good for the world.. we should listen to all opinions.. (But in this case.. like I have stated before.. for flamed a bit too much)
Ok. Nice having my daily colliding with you locke ^_~

Umm...Hik, this is like the fourth time today... and you need to get your facts straight. Emos never think they are emo, so no-one will know if I'm flaming them. lmfao.
It's like stupid people.
...Well they are.
And I'm allowed to be angry at people. And I'm allowed to post that on this forum. Suck it up and have a....CRY!!!
hehehehehe.
My main point was that these days everyone is emo, and we fail to realise that we have life so much better than everyone else, for example, the many starving and emaciated Africans.
So spare me your crocodile tears, and don't imply that i am being a big meanie to a minority group, lmfao.
Edit: oh man you edited your post. Well mine still counts! XD
And whats a normal person? I never said emos aren't normal. I don't know what 'normal' is. If it's average, then normal is very very bad, lol.

Most of the time I don't read the whole thing either, but you peoples are special, so I did.

I suppose I'll have to side with hik though, but I guess I wouldn't understand her feelings as much since I'm not an emo.

The emo trend is ridiculous in the way it has taken off. It would appear to any outsider to be the most undesirable fad to be a part of, and yet countless people subscribe to the emo way. Personally I think the words 'emo' and 'gay loser' are interchangable. For example - "I'm sad because i'm an emo", is the same as: "I'm sad because i'm a gay loser".

Hmmmm...
I don't know about this. I guess you wanna be "emo" be it, but don't force it. I've seen my cafeteria taken over by it, some I don't mind in small doses. "Eomo" is like the new fad for as far as I'm consrerned. It's like the new hip cool popular way to feel.
I don't get it, nore understand it much, but I do know poeple whine alot more now. I complain interely too much, I know that and I'm not ashamed to say that. Just don't force it down my throat to be "emo". I get enough of that at school, I don't need it here. I don't know what I'd be stereotyped as, nor do I really care anymore... I see this new "emo" thing as a new way to label poeple, I think lables are icky.
I guess if you wanna be like and "emo" and like play out a life of lies, pain and hurt go for it. I'm not stopping you, but you don't have to tell the whole bloody world about it. There are something man was never meant to know, now leave it that way.
I like some "emo" bands, some are ok for meh, but I don't worship them like some poeple do. I mean to worship them who's more stupid here, the creater or the follower? I'm so lost in this whole "emo" and other label crumb. It's kinda childish to let a lable define you... If you don't like it, ok you like it ok too. Tuff, we all gotta live with one another, just don't force your way on others. Do that then your acting like the church did oh so many years ago.
Don't whine about evetrything so gd publically. Not eveyone want to know your problems. Some will give help, others hurt. Just confined in your friends, don't go public. I don't know anymore, your all so messed for me right now. This is Laos out, if I'm "emo" then I am, if not that's cool too. I don't care, define me a youw ill, but keep it to yourself. No one wants to know how your life sucks more then someone elses. We all have it touff, that's life, no oe said it would be easy...

Damn right. But i wasn't concerned with the "label." Just the annoying-ness of certain things which I then insulted by attaching LABEL.

To coin a phrase, "Making teenagers depressed is like shooting fish in a barrel".

And it shoots holes in the barrel, and society spills out everywhere, bwaha!
I didn't look up emo bands, I just knew some that my friends like.

Holy crap, how do you people write so much while hik is gone?? Shes gonna have to like... read alot and.. type alot -_-
Hm... ok..
A 'normal' person is...
they fit all together... and... make fun of people who are different and what not or whatever... that is my def. of a 'normal' person. And you are right, there is no normal person.. but I believe that if you get a whole bunch of people together that do that they become normal. (My brain doesn't want to sort all of this info for me so I'm gonna have to... edit this like.. 5 times.)
Emo is not 'a gay loser'. My definition of emo is.. when you are feeling down.. there's really nothing you can do about it (Shut yer mouths don't comment about this part). There may be a reason.. then there may not be. Hm.. its pointless to try to describe to you people what it is.. you just have to know. But emo isn't a..
play out a life of lies, pain and hurt go for it. (from laos)
My last comment wasen't a.. flame comment of whatever you said it was locke (in a pm). It was my opinion. I wasen't going to let a topic about and like this slip without hik's two cents in it. Its just I am seriously tired of hearing you down different people. I know you are aloud to hate people or whatever you said but.. as a mod you took it a bit too far. That is what I was trying to point out. If you took that some other way I don't know what to tell you all.
Once again, people are going to have their opinions.. they are aloud to say them (But with the government running us like they are I don't think we'll be able to have even that). But you really shouldn't make you opinions so harsh and whatnot... When I think of what I forgot I'll post in here.
This isn't ment to be a flame comment or whatnot. Just my views.

what i have to say is short and simple... i think its unfair to label ppl...if some1 is offended by being called emo...and theyr emo neway...who really cares locke? leave em alone!!!!!!! and leave the emos who admitt to being emo alone too
!!!!!!!!! im semi emo! me and my ADD
BUUUUUT, in the other hand i am not emo, b.c i totally agree that ppl in merica snd the uk and other developed countries do not realize that althouth the aids epidemic has reached us, its not nearly as severe as the situation is in Africa [same deal with malaria]
then there's countries like Congo- who's ppl wake up to gun shots being fired in their back yard everyday.... then the iraqi's are going thru trauma b.c of my dumbas$ presidant who wants to destroy the planet and dip into not only iraq's oil, but our own, in alaska, in an area that's zoned as a protected naturral habitat...or w.e they call it [YES THATS RITE IM A TREE HUGGER AND DAMM PROUND OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]
and then there is the situation in irael/palastine....
so yes...i agree with u on that locke....
((speaking of which can we make a political forum? i would hace a lot to say and i think i could keep it going....))
sorry... that was by no means short...but it was SWEEEEET
