I think i should have something to say in this thread considering that i am 'captain planet' after all. *starts combing his green and funky upright hair in a 70's fashion whilst awaiting the aw to pass from surrounding forum go'ers.*
and here's what i have to say; 'captain planet' sounds like the sort of name you'd call a really fat kid to make him cry.' i'm so cruel but god made me this way and jesus loves me so it's ok.

lol i think this cartoon show didn't make sense to me when i was young i always thought that it was more of a commericial

commercial ehay? i'd say the ending theme of this show was allot like a commercial come to think of it. once the story was finnished and the bad guys were taken care of captain planet and the crew would always have something to say at the end. i.e; talk about recycling, air pollution etc. not that what i've just said has much to do with anything interesting, it was just a fact that i,
even to this day,
still cant get out of my head.
i'm surprised there's never been a family guy take-off of captain planet before. albet i wouldn't be surprised if another comedy-cartoon had ripped on it previousely.
I want to see the 'Fat Albert show' so much goddamnit! never seen it before, southpark should have done more parodies on fat albert, man that stuff was hilarious!

yup I acctually found the saying and Yes i do remember this show my big bother and sister used to watch it but I was like only 6 years old so yeah it is pretty old Man that show was good

I remember it yeah it's...old! but it was alright I liked the Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Heart Captain Planet summoning sequence.
