I forgot to write this but the reason she is with Shigure is....You probably already know this but:

She wants to break the curse so no one gets hurt by Akito anymore. Shigure had an affair-thing with Akito(who is really a girl for those of you who don't know)and he used to be her favorite of the juunishi. But then he slept with her mom and Akito got mad and made Kureno her favorite. Because of this Rin is trying to seduce him in to telling her something about how to berake the curse.
