Agreed. The argument is definitely over.
I'm just truly curious as to why you would believe in something if you can't even come up with a good reason to defend it. It seems oddly curious to me. I'll bet it's because you don't want to face the possibility of your lifestyle being compromised in any way. (?)

no... its just something in my gut that i belive in. just as some religious people belive in god. they have no proof but they belive. i belive in this. and because i have no backing on it i have no right to force my opionion on others... because i could honestly not possibly care less.

And yet you call people homophobes and wish to make the American people accept gay marriage?

yeah...you can wish in one hand and crap in the other and see which one fills first. thats what i want. i want people to accept gay marrage...however...people in hell want ice water. nothing can be done. one person like me wont make a difference. and what i ment by homophobes was that people still havent comprehended the fact that gay/bi people exist. were not just in stories.

That's exactly what I was talking about. If I beleive that gay marriage is unnessecary and would cause legal, financial, and moral complications, then according to you people, I am automatically closeminded.
That's a great little defense you guys have. Anyone disagrees with you and you can just say that they are closeminded and hope then that they will feel ashamed and back off. I bet you didn't count on me having no shame, now did you. HA.
Everyone is closeminded about something. It's impossible to be completely openminded and yet retain any bit of personal integrity.
You for example, are closeminded about how marriage was established, what the standards needed to receive legal benefits of marriage entail, and what marriage is defined as.
