Just improve it, give us some more details. Take your time on making the application and think trough what you really want to write. You shouldnt really give up so easaly, that'll just give you a minus for your next application.

Not saying yes or no, this is better than your second application, and you seem like you've cooled down too, I'm not voting yet, I know you can do better.
