I'll give you the whole story because I am bored...

Emperor Pilaf, Mai & Shu find the Black-Star Dragonballs in Kami's Lookout where Goku happens to be training with Uub at the time.

Pilaf is obviously going to wish to rule the world, He calls the dragon but as he does Goku hears the noise and investigates. Goku finds Pilaf but doesn't see the dragon... Pilaf doesn't recognize Goku because he is grown up but Mai does recognize Goku and she tells Pilaf.
Pilaf now recognizes Goku and says;
"You weren't nearly so tough when you where this big" *Makes out how small Goku was*
Then Goku says;
"That's funny... I don't ever remember being as small as you."

Pilaf now enraged accidentally wishes that Goku were a kid again so he could show him who was boss. The dragon grants the wish and Goku was turned into a child...


I hope that makes sense! ^.^;
