Re: A Rap & Hip-Hop Clan(anyone wants to join?)
New song I made/written:Verse 1
I could never see things, for better or worse
Knowing that I fell and became a part of this curse
I'm only exposing the truth, by revealing a fraud
The president's business, could we have exposed his job??
I think so, as I tell this story
Serving justice and glory, they said it was old
To my enemy wizard, I'm gonna leave you frozen and cold!!
They said that there was a legend, a legacy told
As I speak these words, to prepare to unfold
You can't handle the truth, your grip is lost
Thats why I left the building, people burning to frost
Memories and dreams, always sealed and locked
I kept away from the threats to me, tried and blocked
It today, because of here, what I say
To change in every year, news will bring you fear
No one can promise tomorrow, coexisting opposites, joy and sorrow
Using my knowledge and intelligence, we shared and borrowed
I was left and betrayed, you were placed back a grade
Just like the hearts, aces, diamonds, and spades
I can't remember, my memories fade
I'm like a knight, because I wield the blade
People are blind, to things as slaves
When I finally leave, knowing that I rest in my grave
Not true, because I'll always be strong and brave
Stand up for yourself, I don't need fortune or wealth
Read books and stay strong, to increase your health
Telling my friends, whats right from wrong
No one can touch, while I sing this song
I don't rap for fortune and fame
Makes you a bad rep, you get called lame
Because that isn't my aim, I stay with my name
When I be walking, I hear people talking
Saying old stories, to their friends
Knowing that there will always be a beginning to an end
Claiming to be hardcore, no, to assure, I walk in the beach, to swim in the shores
The seas full of unknown, commonly acknowledged
I believe in my own philosophy, I'm gonna go to college
Theres always a problem, people forget, because they forgot them
Always forever, freedom and liberty
One who believes in thee
Outro
Good bye for now, I'm walking blindly, in this town
Not knowing where to go, but to go around
More heavier than pounds, The words are heard from the sounds, echos
Let them all hear it, ready or not, they may fear it
Good rappers, I respect, as all, as one
I leave you to believe in whatever you want to believe in
I'm done
Farewell for now
I could never see things, for better or worse
Knowing that I fell and became a part of this curse
I'm only exposing the truth, by revealing a fraud
The president's business, could we have exposed his job??

Cool, I'm an underground/alternative MC(rapper) myself, and I'm still working on some projects. And just so all of ya will know, Rap and Hip-Hop has been around as early as 1969, but it was prototyped in 1967.
