Bleach had a decent filler. It picked up near the end, probably because they had captains and vice-captains dealing with the Bountos 1 by 1 and killing them on the spot. Just because its a filler, doesn't automatically mean it sucks. Much like dubbed anime. You can't say it sucks jsut because its not subbed and Japanese. I prefer the subbed version but I still enjoy the dubbed version. Just not One Piece dubb or any crappy dub that changes names. SCREW THOSE ONES!

Bleach's fillers are not that bad.

I detest them, for a bunch of reasons... well, there's the side effect of that the art and animation quality tanked and still hasn't gone up, which I haven't forgiven them for...

But also, the characterisation of the existing characters was awful; look at what a pansy they made Ishida into.

And my biggest beef of all--that while sure, while they would have been far from great, they would have been tolerable as an independent story of a different anime. But they were so utterly, completely, and totally unrelated to the main story of Bleach--they involved the setting, but that was pretty much it. These Bounto guys came completely out of left field. Not a single mention had been had of them before, and they all just suddenly appeared at a rather climactic time, and then the main plot was completely forgotten... hmm, that was weird.

I'm probably just biased, but... the bottom line is that I detest them. I always preferred the manga anyway, lol.

And if you can't find the manga in bookstores, there are plenty of sites where you can download it...
