To know a person sufficiently to be able to judge them on a moderator application requires more than just a simple chat through a PM. It is important to see how the person applying for the moderator position gets along with other users and the authoritative figures of the forums.

That is also true. I just figured people might want to get to know me first though. And instead of giveing them a link to every one of my posts then I figured they could PM me. And maybe I would make more friends in the mean time.

Why is it that the Mod app that I did bad on had every yahoo under the sun poping out and saying something. Then I try my hardest (Or something close to it) and no one says anything?
