He nodded, then put one arm under her knees and moved his supporting arm under her back, picking her up gently, "Well, then, Kaia, we need to move. It's faster this way."
He then began walking back the way he came. He had no idea who this demon was, and she obviously had no idea who he was either. But something was telling him not to leave her to die. Usually, he would ignore such orders, but he had to trust himself on this one. She could prove to be a valuable ally.

Kaia glanced at the imp with a questioning look on her face what a strange creature...

(Lol. I know how you feel. I'd tell someone but the only other person I know who's active on here now is in my medieval roleplay, I'm not too sure she likes Inuyasha. I'll ask though, if you want me to!)
Sesshoumaru put her down gently against a tree and looked at Jakken, "Give her some food and water."
He then noted the questioning look on Kaia's face. A small smirk appeared on his face as he muttered a 'hn'.

Sesshoumaru watched a bit and then walked silently, stopping beside her and leaning against the tree, his hand once again on the hilt of his sword, only resting this time, "Do you rememeber anything at all about yourself other than your name?"

He shifted and his gaze left her for the ground, A sword...the killers...or her own?
He looked at her but she was dressed only in a white silk dress. The only blade she could possibly have was a knife, providing it was hidden. And no weapons were back in the clearing. Unless the killer took her sword, she couldn't possibly have one. He then looked at her again, somewhat of a plan coming into his head, "I won't allow you to come with us unless you know how to fight. Do you?"

This was amazing. The girl had amnesia, yet she remembered how to fight. He was suddenly very glad he had trusted his concience. He held out his hand to help her up, "Good. Then, I'll take you on as an apprentice. Can you stand?"

Sesshoumaru supported her by leaning slightly putting her arm around his shoulders. He looked at Jakken and Rin, nodding, "Let's move."
He knew it was a little soon to be moving her but if she failed to be able to walk, he would merely carry her. But she had to become strong again. He knew she had been strong before merely by the fact that she remembered how to fight. You could not fight if you were weak.

She tried to walk and she could feel her legs getting stronger.
Meanwhile, a man with an evil grin stood in the shadows watching then left.

(You're quite welcome!...oooh....spooky! Hey, I'm gonna have to go after this post but I might be on tomorrow depending on if we get done with moving my sister's things to the college on time. Sorry I couldn't stay longer!)
Sesshoumaru stopped abruptly, his eyes widening and his gaze shifting violently to the right. He pulled Kaia slightly closer protectively. She was in no position to fight if the evil he sensed decided to attack. He stayed silent a moment before his gaze shifting again ahead and his hold on her loosening, "Someone's watching. You're not safe. But, whatever happens, you must keep calm."

Kaia's face did not change, inside she was screaming but her expresion did not change.
The person noted how strong this demon was, and dissappeared.

He started forward again, looking at her occasionally, checking to see if even the slightest pain was written on her face...which it wasn't. But yet, he could still sense a disruption of her feelings. He stopped again and turned to her, supporting her now by holding her arms, "Are you alright?"
