nah it has 2 be brolly because he is the only true evil saiyan all the others where orrupt but easily fixed for example vegeta was only evil becoz of frieza then wen he was gone he wasnt that bad

Brolly was never that evil, he was just insane. Raditz, Nappa, Turles, and Paragus were all way more evil then Brolly. At least he had an excuse for being evil.
oh yeah my favorite villian would have to be Turles.

1. his dad used him
2. he was banished from his own planet
3. he was beat by his own king as a baby
4. he grew up with no friends
5. his people all hated him
i mean the guy did have a bad childhood, or maybe he's just naturally insane.

To tell you the truth I'm probably the only Dragon Ball fan that hasn't seen the Brolly movies yet. I missed them somehow

Brolly is the best. he was born as a super sayain and when he turns into a super sayain he turns into a bly color NOw that is cool having blue hair

It was purple, and the reason for that is because his dad was using that mind control device to control him as a SSJ. But when he takes off the control device he has normal gold/yellow hair just like any other sayian in SSJ form. Notice he also had green hair, then later he finally turned into an ultra super sayian (same stage that trunks used to fight Cell)

indeed that is true, but his power level is said 2 go a stage beyond that somehow

You reemember how Trunks ended up being all slow when he turned ultra ssj, well Brolly learned to control that stage giving him the strength and speed of an SSJ2.
