@Nelly-I would give 2 warnings, 1st a reminder of the rule, then id take them aside and ask them to stop In PM(as to not embaress them) if then they do not cease breaking the rules, i would kick them from chat with the reason explaining why and which rule they broke

But enough about beliefs. Your application lacks risk and personality, so in terms of whatever it's decent, but nothing to separate you from other applicants.
In terms of your behavior, it's squeaky clean, you're not easily provoked, even when I antagonize you, you get along with mostly everybody, so that's a good thing.
In terms of speaking, you're relatively well spoken, so that's another good thing.
You also seem to have one heck of an imagination, so that's another thing going for you.
Also, I'm not like other people who criticize you for making a lot of applications, as it is one, not against the rules, and two, it shows your zeal for the job, I think it's a much bigger plus than negative.
All things considered, I'll hold my vote until the time for a new mod comes, but as of right now I have no reason to say no.
