Bio: Born in the Star village, he became a ninja at age 13, Gifted with a unique Kekkai Genkai the Staragan, he quickly rose to Chunin rank after half a year of being a genin. At age 18 he was leader of his villages secret forces, Trained in all lightning style ninjutsu he quicly rose to Village leader. While he was leader of his village there was a war between his village and the village hidden in the clouds.
After 5 years of vicious fighting Hitsuki seeked a truce between the two villages, It was agreed and the only term was that Hitsuki step down from village leader, Hitsuki not wanting to see any more bloodshed gladly accepted, A new leader was chosen and for a time Hitsuki was peaceful. At the age of 30 He grew restless with his peaceful life and decided to set out on a journey. His village backed him up. Since then he has traveled the world learning new jutsu and becoming one with himself, his journey has taken him to many places and on this day he has arrived at the Leaf village, Konahagakure.

Hitsuki arrived in Konoha at about noon. Exahasted from his travels he decided to find a hotel and rest on his way he noticed a group of 3 people goofing around by a roof. He walked up to them and waited a sec before talking. "Excuse me can any of you three tell me where to find a decent hotel in this town."
