remember when they where going through the castile

and kurama fought the rock guy. hiei even admitted

that he wanted to be on kuramas side because he was

afraid of him. but still its kurama by a landslide.

but you also have to remember hiei isnt stupid. he is pretty wise too. he is far from stupid.

I think that they are about equal, ech wiht advantages and disadvanatages, however Kurama would probably win in the end. Hiei himself said this during the Saint Beasts "The only reason I'm working with Kurama is so I don't have to fight him."
