1) The "adult section" is right below the Hentai section
2) It's part of a forum dedicated to a division of cartoons called anime
3) It is mostly young people who like cartoons and would actually go to an internet site about them
4) Read #1-3
5) You can talk about politics if you want to. And try to interpret my response rather than getting sarcastic, [censored].
