Well, ur timeline is incorrect because Vegeta dies before Goku fights Frieza.

Its called "change in events" ever heard of thea, sorry I didnt explain it specificly, Right before frieza shoots vegeta with the finger beam, Goku shows up. In the original story line, goku shows up 5 seconds after vegeta dies, So sorry i didnt explain it specificly...... Also after goku arrives in my storyline, Vegeta escapes namek and goes to earth on friezas ship,

ummm. okay again sorry for not being descriptive, Dabura dies and gets killed by cell, tHERE U HAPPY, AND BEFORE U GO ALL SMART MOUTH, pUI pUI GETS KILLED by cell and also, Spopovich and that other guy get killed by cell, and gohan never goes mystic and never gets the z sword thus not releasing the elder kai.

Goku going under depression in the other world gets defeated by pikkon becaude of it, and he is suffering depression because he let everyone down.
King kai is trainnig him for when he gets back on earth can defeat bebi, and he only goes ssj3 in my story line and dies again by bebi killing him,And the dragonballs state, no one gets wished back a second time,

wow, my storyline is confusing, lemmie explain,
in words that wont take long, Piccolo doesnt die in MY storyline.....

wow...where do i begin...in the budokai 1 storyline,when frieza beats Goku and all the others on namek,he wishes for immortallity from the namek dragon and succeeds then he goes to earth.also,in supersonic warriors,in the frieza storyline when he wishes for immortallity and goes back to earth,bulma and the others wish Goku back to life with the dragonballs while Krillin distracts Frieza.Krillin is killed by Frieza and then Goku and Frieza have their rematch.unfortunately,Goku is once again defeated by Frieza,which enrages Gohan causing him to become a super saiyan and he fights Frieza.somehow Frieza manages to kill super saiyan Gohan.a few years later,the androids show up,Frieza has become stronger since beating Gohan,Goku and Krillin and manages to defeat them,and then Cell shows up and absorbs them.Frieza and Cell then fight and Frieza once again is undefeated because he is immortal.years later,Piccolo(who has been training for years to defeat Frieza)shows up and fights Frieza.Piccolo puts up a good fight but once again Frieza is undefeated.then finnaly, Majin Buu shows up and fights Frieza and with some miracle,Frieza defeats him,Buu becomes Super Buu and again Frieza wins.there is now nobody left to challenge Frieza(cause supersonic warriors doesn't go as far as Dragonball GT)and Frieza is now the emperor of the universe.also,you forgot to mention the Supreme Kai and the chance of him showing up,and people coming back from the other world to defeat the bad guys like in the Majin Buu saga.wow i think thats it.what a HUGE mouthfull.i'm tired from all this typing but i think i've covered enough!

but the story made in the video games is another possibillity.mabye it was created by Akira T. to tell fans what would have happened if Frieza had won?but mabye it was just for fun...
