Oh, well AA provides quite a few sites where you can find those OST's. It's on the bottom of the page named "Stores and Companies."

Usually OST's are released in the orignal language it was made in, but the lyrics should also be english translated for buyers to understand what is being said.

What I'm TRYING to say:
Example:
1 Ghost in the Shell Japan OST release
2 Ghost in the Shell movie release in America
3 Ghost in the Shell American OST release

So....
1 Vandread Japan release
2 Vandread Japan OST release
3 Vandread American release
4 Vandread American OST release?

So, why hasn't the company who brought Vandread to America also brought the OSTs?

Not sure that they are imported, but they all seem the legal copies of the OST. Oh yeah, sometimes companies don't release to the public due to economic reasons.

I'm having a large deal of trouble finding the cut version of Kite, and have reached a point of desperation...
I have tried the two links you have previously stated and neither of them has a download of any version of Kite, and as I have said before I can't find the edited version anywhere.
By now my question should be painfully obvious but:
