Koryu looked at the principal, and laughed nervously. "I was running in the halls again, sir, and I turned a corner too sharply and ran into Leon, here. The nurse happened to be there, and I helped him carry Leon here because I felt awful for what happened."

His eyes wandered to the side as he spotted Rin following behind him."Not really.School isn't really my thing.But its the foster people they keep sending me back every time I get kicked out."What about you?"He asked as he stopped and took a position against the wall."You do seem like the type that doesn't really care about whats happening in this hell-hole.

"Well . . . I-I-I . . . this place is rather safe for one such as myself," Rins murmured softly, casting her gaze on the floor.

Safe?Mind explaining that to me abit more?Why do you need be safe?"He asked,now looking at her with a questionable look in his eyes.

"Oh, you can't tell?" Rins asked with a faint smile.

He frowned,then placing his hands on her cheeks as he pulled her face closer to his so he could stare into her eyes."Oh I see.."He said staring at her like he was reading her thoughts or looking into her past."So your half angel and half demon?Wow."He said amazed as he let her face go."No wonder your here.People must hate you for what you are..Don't they?"

"I-I wou-wouldn't . . ." Rins cleared her throat, attempting to ease her nervous stuttering. "I wouldn't quite say hate. Dislike is a better word."

I see.I'm disliked in my own way I guess.Mostly because the way I act or the way I dress.But its mostly my fault anyways..I have a general dislike for people."He said,rubbing the back of his head softly."But anyways..can I ask you something?Why are you so nervous?"

"I'm . . . nervous around people in general," Rins admitted with a small shrug.

He sighed,giving a small pat to her head."So why aren't you in class?Your skipping too aren't you?"He asked looking up at the ceiling with an even bored look then before.

"Something of the sort," Rins responded with another shrug.

I understand."He responded,shaking his head."So did you follow me cause you was bored?"

*Tsukasa runs up the stairs to get to the rooftop. He watches the view for a couple of minutes then opens up his jacket to reveal a baby chick inside*

See? I'll bet it's It's nothing compared to something like the Statue of Liberty or the Eifel Tower, but it's better than that stupid farmhouse, isn't it?

*takes out the baby chick and sets it on the ground*

Leon sat up. "Really you needn't worry about me."
The principal smiled and left walking down the hall.
Leon sighed. "That was a close one..." He looked at Koryu. "Am I right?"

"Everything's close in an institution." She put a finger up, grinning. "And you got stuck with a delinquent who's good."

"You can . . . say that," Rins admitted quietly as she shifted from one foot to another.
