Absolute Anime

I know that Angel Sanctuary is kinda sad and depressing but is it any good? I got the first volume of the manga but it didn't grab me. There is an anime, as well. I think the reviews on the anime are not that encouraging, so I didn't watch it. Kaori Yuki's art is always dark and gothic.

Well, I got volume four from the library. It seems as though the main character succumbs to a dream in an alternate reality or something . . . I should finish reading it.

I am not interested in reading more of Angel Sanctuary but I have the artbook of it, so this should be enough for me. Maybe I will get the courage and the patience to re-read volume one again and maybe even get interested to get the rest of the volumes.

I read the last volume of Fushigi Yugi. The cover's pretty. ^_^

Yup, it has Tamahome and Miaka on it. I love Fushigi Yugi. Did you watch the anime or you only read the manga? I watched all the episodes of the anime but I didn't finish the manga yet. I wish they will make Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden into an anime, as well.

I watched the ending of the anime. Animation's very pretty! ^_^ It was so sad when Chiriko died.

Yup, but I cried the most when Noriko died. It was so, so sad. It was a shame since he started to fall in love with Miaka shortly before his death.

Argh!! Why does almost all the bishies in Fushigi Yuugi fall in love with THAT Miaka?!

At least Nakago didn't fall for her. Miaka is not my favorite heroine but she is not that bad. She is annoying and whiny sometimes but she is ok. I liked Yui more, though. Yui is much more beautiful especially after she grew her hair long.

I liked Nakago but his end was so sad. His past was sad, as well.

Probably because they all thought Miaka was so cute.

Yup, she is cute alright but she is annoying sometimes. Who is your favorite male character in Fushigi Yugi? I would say mine is Nakago.

Chiriko is cute and his death was tragic. T_T Other than Nakago, I like Noriko and Tamahome. Hotohori is handsome, as well.

Noriko's cool! I'd love to have a friend like him.
