What is this topic?
A mod application.
What should be discussed in it?
If the person the application is about should be a mod.

I'm going to vote yes. You're application is colorful and unique, and you have a snake bite, which equals your application in awesomeness. And I believe that since you acknowledged your previous mistakes, you'll be able to better see what you might do wrong, and make better decisions. (Mostly its the snake bite though.)
