Really Katsuyo?? If you have some manga with you-check out Ichigo and Rukia from volume 1 and compare them to now. Actually, any character. Especially gin, kenpachi, and byakuya. they look like little kids at first!

Why did tousen even go with Aizen?

There's some controversy related to that. Tousen said that he chose to go with Aizen because it was the path he saw to have the least amount of blood shed or lead to true justice (I can't remember which it was). Now this is where the controversy comes in. Tousen is blind so he can't really see so, it can be interpreted as Tousen is choosing his own path and relinquishing the Soul Society because he can't see blood shed to begin with. Others say that Aizen convinced Tousen to join before the story began as noted in a flashback (though once again this can be interpreted as Aizen helping Tousen who chose his own path.)
