The dialogue varies depending on the language you're watching it in, but in my translation Kurama says something along the lines of,

"Oh Hiei! I shall treasure this forever!"

He was playing around with him, of course, but still... In another translation, he says that he isn't really into jewelry, but thanks Hiei anyway for the come-on (much to Hiei's humiliation). Ah, how I love dialogue changes.
