pop music IS better than rock, in terms of sales. but, for this thread, i think it means in terms of genre, not sales.

so, IMO, rock kicks more ass than pop.

They only pop that is good is J-pop. BoA, Gackt (but he's more of rock), Ayumi Hamasaki, all that kind of stuff.
