Post more? wth? She registered on january 7 and has 635 posts already. I find this alot. o_O Besides, it does not count if someone posts alot wether he/she is suitable for a moderator position. It depends on what the person actualy posts.

Spam/crap/nonesense/something that might offend someone = not suitable
the opposite of everything above = suitable.

Edit: I just have been reading MC's tread about the too many mods. Any way, I’m certainly not going to abuse the power what mods have (if I do me come one); I just want to be helpful. From this tread I made I’ll learn from what other people have said, e.g. what vash said was good. I’ll only learn more, and one other thing is I’ve leant not to take sides and watch my spelling and other people’s posts.

I do not thing the actual application is put together that well. Appearance counts. So do first impressions. You made several spelling errors in that application, as well as grammatical errors.

He is stating his opinion. Calling someone silly who states his opinion and ignoring the person is not mature. Mature would be to accept his opinion (how many times did I write that word now..? -.-) and go on. What he actualy wrote was criticism. Your behavior on that shows how you deal with this and this shows wether you would be a good mod or not.

haha did the "word" silly get you angry vash? I do not believe that to be an insult at all. Ignoring the person is mature in many ways, its better than doing something that might hurt her in the long run. She could have just said nothing at all, that would have been the best action. Silly???? lol thats not even close to an insult or means to giving her bad marks.

I know you thought of it as such. my friend calls me silly all the time, when a girl calls me silly I smile, is there anything wrong with silly? Silly just means you know how to share a laugh and make someone smile, she just so happened to think he was acting silly because of his opinion, maybe she smiled at that moment haha. serisouly. Do not give her bad marks because she walked away at the brink of a potential flame war. Even though she could have walked away sooner.

You could have walked away at this point however, you must take everyones opinion into account, Vash does have a point, sorta.

Ok I have learned some thing new here, so I will not do it agene. Next time (if there is a next time) I will walk away. It’s just it was also going on in the chat as well. But way ways, I will walk away. So that’s one thing I have learned on becoming a good mod.
