(Matt on the same flight): I wish Mello'd hurry up and call back. Jeez, making us get on this stupid flight without any explanation whatsoever.... jerk.

*dials Matts number* Matt? Go onto the flight without Mello. He's currently wrapping up another one of my cases. He'll meet us in Japan.

Matt: Gotcha. Come on, Riku.
Riku nodded and followed him onto the plane.

A listened to the command. He thought to himself, "How do you think I am so hard to find? Do you think I stay out of direct contact with the other detectives......" He then hacked the security cameras at the airport and waited for L to arrive.

((As soon as L reaches the location, A is going to call some random person's number and have him give L the phone.))

*walking in to the airport* well, make sure that if you do bring Riku she stays safe and doesnt cloud your perception.

Matt: Right... Riku, I want you to stay close to me. Don't leave my sight, okay?
Riku(nods): Okay, Matt. I'll stay as close to you as I possibly can.

Very well *L hangs up the phone and walks over to the gate.*

"Now...." A says as he hacks a cell phone number, calls it and asks them hand L the phone. "Someone wants to talk to you," the teenage girl says as she hands him the phone.
