Lindsey Lohan. I think her acting is better, and she has more of an adult image than Hilary Duff.

in my view i think lynsey is better at acting and hilary duff is better at singing. i have hilary duffs album and it's pretty good though i havnt yet heard much of lynsey lohans singing but thats my view anyway. there practicaly the same anyway, they both have filmed with chad michael murray and they both had the same boyfrriend and there arch enemies. in the end i will just go with rikiku and choose hilary duff. (duff beer from simpsons, lol sorry just realised that

Hilary Duff. I used to like Lindsey Lohan but she crosed the line. She revive Herbi. Im sorry but i love that car to much to be driven by a party, badass girl and she died her hair to blond. Im sorry but she has crosed the line. Hilary Duff on the other hand she could have done the movie plus while Lyndsey was partying she was doing comunity service.
