hokage:every year the chunnin take an exam which consists of a written part and a second test....every 10 years how ever...the format of the exams is thus...one survival test in a randomly choosen compound in the village and a competion which is a illimanation......

------25 minutes later.most of the chunnin were gatered at a clearing surrounded with chain link fence.anko stands with the hokage in the center and kakashi stands with niwa.
