"Well... people's opinions of me haven't exactly been 'kind and smart'." Xavier sighed.

[Neko Angel]

"I don't understand." Makoto said, frowning. That's how she had met him, that was the only impression of him he had. That was the only light she saw him in, so she didn't understand at all what he could mean. "I'm confused, Xavier-san. Is it something you need to talk about?" she asked sweetly.

[Brittle Bullet]

"The whole reason I'm here today is because I have nowhere else to go. People have judged me all my life for my being a half-demon. I was banished from a village before I could even talk, and had to live my life alone, living off stray squirrels and apples, and an occasional bison. I had no one, I had nothing, until I came here and had shelter. All because I'm a half-demon." Xavier said, slowly but deeply.

Angel: *jumps of the tree and lays underneat it instead*


Emily: *went to her dorm and lay in her bed*

Rose: *thought this class is going to be boring and wishes the shadow thing comes back*

*Makoto listened without speaking, feeling what he must have felt his whole life. She had never known people, so she couldn't relate. She thought for a moment before speaking.* "I'm sorry, Xavier-san. That must've been hard." she never offered advice unless asked for it. She preferred to listen. "Anything else you need to talk about? I'm always here." she added, placing a small hand on his shoulder.

"Nah, let's save all my troubles for a rainy day." Xavier smiled, placing his hand on the one she placed on his shoulder.

[Neko Angel]

*Makoto nodded in agreement and smiled back.* "Okay." she said sweetly. She felt how small her hand seemed and blushed at the warmth of his hand on hers. "Rainy days are fun!" she said excitedly. "You get to go dancing around until you're soaked to the bone!"

"Yeah, well, it's not that fun for me. The fur on my tail gets all matted up." Xavier smiled, pointing to his bushy wolfen tail.

[Neko Angel]

"Oh, really?" Makoto asked. "The puddles are fun after the rain stops, too." she said cheerfully, undaunted. She smiled her big, excited smile that made her look like a five year old.

Emily: *got up and walks throught the hall against trying to avoid that evil witch teacher.*

Rose: *starts to do her homework in class*

Xavier flashed a smile of his own, giving him an older, wiser look. After a moment like this, he tightened his grip on her hand and turned round.
"Where's that cat of yours, I was sure she'd rake my eyes out when she saw me grab your hand." he laughed.

[Neko Angel]

"I'm not sure...I think she's taking a nap over by the wall there." Makoto said, shading her eyes with her free hand. She was half right. Kit was over by the wall, but she was watching them with a look like she just swallowed sour milk on her face. Makoto giggled.

"I could go for a rest as well. It's been a long day." Xavier said, rubbing his injured stomach.

Emily: *ran so fast that xavier did not see her but, she put a triple layer sandwhich in his hand. In a corner she peek to see if he sees the sandwich. Admiring him from a far cause, she knows she is in another level of her so she can't even crush on him.*

"A... sandwich?" Xavier asked, looking down at the gargatuan sandwich. He looked around to see where it came from but could only smell the distant scent of someone else. He looked at Makoto and shrugged, taking a bite of the sandwich.
"It's delicious!" he smiled, a few crumbs along his cheek.

Emily: *smile a bit thought to herself* "i hope i like water" *runs fast again and give him water bottle too and hide back to her place.*
