You could put something over you to blend in with your surroundings...

Then refer to the camo index in the top right corner of your screen to see how well your covered. When you are wearing camoflauge, not only does it help you blend into your surroundings, but it also slowers down your stamina gauge, and also reduces damage you take when hit. For more information, feel free to contact me on the radio. my frequency is: 141.12

Oh, your not on the Snake Eater/Virtious Misson? Poor Snake. well, don't worry. On Your Earlier Missions, you have been fitted with a Soliton Radar System. This shows you the enemies exact position, where they are look, and how far they can see. If the cone is blue, it means they are not suspicious. Yellow means they are on caution, and Red means they have seen you, so, be-aware of the colour scheme. As well as this, your position is also marked with a little white dot. For more information, contact it's inventor, Mei Ling, on the codec, via the frequency: 140.96
It is also the frequency used for saving data, so don't forget it.
God, Metal Gear is so great for parodies

ok, my post was a bit late. on the same site, search "Touhou," and it'll appear. sadly, there were no screens for either, and i dont have my lappy or pen drive to DL and tranfer for a trail of either, but, it should work. if it is possible to narrow it further, i'll find it (probably)

Do I need anything else? Or do I just download it?

for the MAME, you need a MAME emulator (available at coolrom)
for the Touhou one, you need a NES emulator, also available at coolrom.
i wiki'd it also, the one you want (judging from Screens) is Touhou, but you might wanna try the Phantasm. i'm about to reasearch that now.
