Ok, I got another one.
In the manga, if only Kohaku's shard was left, and Naraku had the rest of the shards, how could Kagome travel between her world and Inu's? She needed at least one shard to do that and all of them are in Naraku or Kohaku's posession.....?

ok..........
who ever said she needed the jewel to go threw the well? Inu always went threw it and didn't have the jewel.
Why do people assume automatically that it's because of the jewel?
Actually my theory is- Only creatures who have died can go threw the well. That would explain the dead centipede crossing to Kagome's world and pulling her in and coming back to life and it would explain the demon bones that disapear in it and it would explain how Inuyasha goes threw it (since he was dead for those 50 years he was pinned to the tree) and since Kagome is the reencarnation of a dead soul (Kikyou) that would also be explained.
But like I said, that's my theory.

But I remember in the anime, Inu took the Shikon no Tama from Kagome and pushed her down the well, but she couldn't go back to the feudal era because she didn't have Shikon shards in her posession and she had to wait for Inu.

mmmm.....well thats what i hate about the anime, it has some serious flaws which end up confusing everything but since you read the manga you should know that that doesn't happen. Besides, in the manga, Inuyasha throughs her into the well to send her home and takes the shards before that then he closes the well with a tree, remember? And SHippo can't cross it either when he gets there and I don't remember very well but I think he had shard with him right? Well even if he didn't have it it still proves it's not the jewel cause she crossed the well without it.

Well, I only read the manga starting at eps 351 & 352 and I didn't really read the other parts, so I dont know what happened. Anyway, Shippo cant cross because he's not special enough....too bad Shippo.

Yeah, exactly, so you see it's has nothing to do with the jewel.

Sure SG. No problem.
Oh And you were right the anime does mention that Kagome needs the jewel to travel between worlds but I assure you it's an anime flaw and misinterpretation of the manga...Big flaw!!!!! Among a few others....oh well....

In the 4th movie (Fire on the Mystic Island)
Inuyasha had that claw thing on his back for 50 years, but he could leave the island. How come the children cant?
my opinion is that even though Inuyasha had that for 50 years. It doesn't appear unlike the children.
if it only appears when you are in the territory maybe Kikyo has something to do with it since she was the one who invited Inu to come with her.
or maybe the barrier is still weak back then because Inu had his claw thing before the children got theirs that's why one got out and asked for Inu's help.

No, I just saw that movie again and cleared that question.
Inuyasha wasn't stuck to the island even though he was marked, simply because he hadn't been in the island itself. The kids were but he never got to enter the land of the place. However, once he set foot on the beach with Kagome and the others, he was stuck there.
They explain that in the movie.
And one of the kids managed to get out and ask for help, because Ai (that girl) wasn't marked. She was the only one that didn't have the scar.

Inuyasha could go through the well because he was connected to Kagome via the necklace he wears.
