genjutsu affects everyone.....without chakra i guess the one piece characters can't get out of it

I know what it is. First off, its a genjutsu, it wont affect OP chars because they dont have chakra. Even if it did work, he'd get speedblitzed by a soru user before he can even activate his Mangekyou(sp?) Sharingan. And Enel's mantra can sense reality and would see through his illusion anyway

Besides, Doflamingo is a master mind manipulator as well and can even completely control his opponents minds.
