"Left," Nana responded with a deep sigh.

[Seras]

Edward turned and walked into the bathroom. He set Nana down onto the toilet and started the bath. Making sure the water wasn't to hot he adjusted the water then stood up. "I'm gonna leave you but I'll be in the hall, just holler if you need something, okay?" Edward was standing in the doorway.

[KoYue]

Without bothering to close the door, Nana stood up and began shedding her clothing.
"Find me a towel, please," she said.

[Seras]

Edward was leaning up against the wall next to the bathroom door "Where would I find that? In a closet?"

[KoYue]

"I guess, I don't know," Nana replied as she slid into the tub.

[Seras]

Edward nodded to himself and looked for the towels. After finding some he laid them on top of the toilet then sat outside the bathroom door. He tapped his fingers on his leg keeping his thoughts to himself.

[KoYue]

"So why are you helping me?" Nana asked after what she concluded to be an awkward silence.

[Seras]

"Right thing to do? And I still kinda like you." Edward stated while playing with his fingers. "Why the need to know?"

[KoYue]

"It's necessary for me to know things," Nana responded, shrugging even though she knew he wouldn't see. "You remember that Rizel was the one that came and said a teacher wanted to see me, right? But I knew that was a lie because teachers don't trust Rizel with anything. I just went because I wanted to know . . ."

[Seras]

Edward looked down at the ground "I knew something was wrong, I should have came with..."

[KoYue]

Nana cupped a handful of water and slowly let it trickle between her fingers. "How did you know?"

[Seras]

Edward gave a small smile to himself "Just felt something was wrong..."

[KoYue]

"Because of the earlier incident on the stairs?"

[Seras]

"Well I feel bad about that too" Edward touched his cheek that had been hurt by the heel.

[KoYue]

Nana felt like saying something rude along the lines of "I told you so", but decided against it.
"The school system stinks," she said finally. "You just learned it a different way."

[Seras]

Edward nodded "At my old school, nothing was that bad"
