Well, The only ones I truly hate are Bleach, Naruto and Inuyasha. Most of the others I could give a [censored] one way or another about because they are just ripoffs of lesser known, better series (Death Note, I'm looking at you). It's basically Monster with a much lamer serial killer (Johan is a MUCH a better version of Light) and often confusing supernatural elements (Death Note had way too much Deus ex Machina involved with with the Death Note and Light's plans). Monster hass a much darker feel and is actually a mystery (It's centered around the detective rather than the killer). Another thing I like about Monster is that things don't always work out perfectly like they do in DN.

Well, people can like whatever they want I guess. I know a lot of people who avoid mainstream anime because its mainstream anime. Some lesser known series acutally kick ass.

Yes, like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Bastard!!, Monster, Berserk, GUNM, etc.

All of them are way better than just about any mainstream series I have seen

I haven't read the other ones, but I love Bastard!! I can't find it anywhere (stores or online) I did find it in realitylapse, but it doesn't work.

Do you know where I can find Bastard!! online where it's free and works?

Bastard is really hard to find. My friend waited six months because volume one was on back order.

It's not. Not by a long shot.

Japan is really the only country where it's known (even there, it isn't mainstream, it's more of a cult hit), and outside of Japan it's nearly unheard of to anyone. Of all people who I know in real life who like anime/manga, I know one person who's heard of it, and he didn't even know it was a manga until I told him, he only played the fighting games for the Playstation 1


@Rage- I do know of a place to find it. If you join Naruto Forums and get 50 posts and are a member of at least 2 weeks you can join the trading post. There is a Bastard!! scanlation group there.

I'd say Ichigo. BUT I have a long list. So I'm just going to say them all. Ichigo, Renji, Byakuya, Uryu, and Urahara when he was younger. Ok that was weird. I said Urahara.

Hmmm.... I thank you for this info. I just read come info on this series on the internet, and it seems iteresting. I'll try to look for it online.
