Kai phoenix - kai fenikkusu - カイ フェニックス
Rick Steve - riku suteebu - リク ステーブ
These ones are really tricky, so I cant say 100% but here goes nothing:
KAORU - 香る- sweet smell
KAIDO - 開度 - opening
TEZUKA - 手図化 － hand picture change
SYUSUKE - Umm, there is no "Syu" sound in Japanese so..
ECHIZEN - 越前 - move to the end

These ones are really tricky, so I cant say 100% but here goes nothing:
KAORU - 香る- sweet smell
KAIDO - 開度 - opening
TEZUKA - 手図化 － hand picture change
SYUSUKE - Umm, there is no "Syu" sound in Japanese so..
ECHIZEN - 越前 - move to the end
