I think One Piece would win. Before all you Ninja Fanboys and Fangirls go Rabid on me - I have these few; important - valid points.
I've watched ALL of the One Piece Episodes, and Read ALL of the Manga up to date. I know what I'm talking about, you might be saying "You don't know sh.it Yami!"

Luffy is made of Rubber I can remind you; he can stretch for bloody miles, and a snap back hurts. If it got you in the gut - say goodbye to your organs my dear friend.
He can send people flying miles away, and with his new 2nd and 3rd Gear; he can move around faster than bullets. Even the CP9 couldn't keep up with them, and they have mastered Rokushiki.

With Gomu-Gomu Gatling Gun he's punched holes through steel, and he's had spikes stabbed through his hands - and still fought on.
He's not a freaking wimp - He can kick a.ss, I told you.
Zoro can cut steel, and has used his swords to part Tsunami's. So Bubai Knives, Swords and those stupid Ninja Stars. He's cut cannon balls and tiny metal flying darts before - I don't think he's going to care about flying stars. He's even cut down full size ships before.

Nami can control the weather. Electrocution, Freezing, Burns - she can do the lot. She can create tornado's, fogs, thunder storms... you name it - that Clim-a-tact does everything.
She has taken a whole squad of Navy men in one huge Thunder Clash - and she held her own in the Buster Call - The Ultimate clash of Navy Warships and Warlords - where hundreds of Thousands of Navymen spread over the island and crush everything in it's path.
And she Survived - as did the rest of the Straw Hats.
Usopp can hit a bullseye from practically anywhere. He has his Slingshot, Caltrops, Bombs, boomerangs - and he even has Ninja Stars of his own. And if he gets one of them pinned down - You get a Hammer in the face! =D Yay
Usopp is a master of Hit and Run tactics. He has incredible Stamina and can run faster than even Fishmen - which Eiichiro Oda depicts as "An average Athlete"
And now that he has a Kabuto Staff - he's even mastered shooting bombs with a similar affect a flamethrower would.
He's even utilized the power of Gas to fill the air with such an intoxity he blew the whole area up with one single fire bomb - and the intensity sent Gigantic waves out to sea.

And if there's a last resort - if he eats three within six hours - he turns into a Giant Mutant Reindeer Monster - incapable of feeling pain or remorse for viciously slaughtering poor people =D Won't that be fun? It won't matter what you do - he'll just squash you like a cockroach.
And what's more - his practically blind when he uses this attack; he uses his nose to smell, and his ears to sense where you are.
So Itachi's 'Death Stare' you all seem to brag about won't work on this gigantic Beast.
What's your next trick?
Now we move onto Robin. Robin can sprout any part of her body from all over the place. Whether it be on the ground - From her own body - or how about on your face? She could choke you to death if she wanted. And how would you feel if a hundred of these arms came out of the ground, your legs, your waist, your neck and snared you at once?
Take out that Shuriken and have a go at her?
Sorry! But It won't work! Robin won't feel it! There's a hundred arms there - she won't care! She'll just keep on strangling - let's hope you don't have to breathe soon.
Finally, we have Franky. Franky is a Cyborg - and if you attack him from the front, bzzt.
It won't do anything. You'd have to aim for the back. But seeing as it looks identical to the front - who'd notice?
He only needs three bottles of regular "Coca Cola" - and he can use "Coup de Vent" - a massive blast that can blow anything in the vicinity.
Franky can breathe fire, or nails out of his mouth, he can use his fingers as shotguns, he has cannons in his shoulders, Shuriken in his sideburns, Lock on Missiles "Chaser Bullets" - and if he lies down on his back - he's invincible. (That soft spot I mentioned?)
And these are just eight of the One Piece characters. If you want me to continue - I'd be glad to. If you'd like to go over everything I just said - look up Wikipedia.

What for? 99% of them wont do them any good in this fight. Either, A) the jutsus will do nothing, B) They'll take too long to pull, or C) both. Taijutsu users get owned, genjutsu wont affect OP characters, and ninjutsu still wont do much. I didn't name any because I've only watched the first twenty episodes of Naruto and I still don't know what the hell's going on. I can tell half of the Naruto fans don't know anything about One Piece - So I'm not going to try and lie my way about; acting as if I know something I don't.
I know a hell of a lot about One Piece -and judging on all the characters in Naruto I've seen so far; and all the previews... and all the ramblings... and how much all my friends brag about 'Gaara' and Sasuke (Damn I hate Gaara and Sasuke Fan girls ><) I still believe One Piece is stronger than Naruto.
