Yes, you should.
So it will take a long time before someone would be made president since there will be campaigning and stuff. So until that5 time, no one will lead the country?Athos wrote:New Election.

It would be an emergency election, so it wouldn't take that long.

In what country?
Re: U.S. History / U.S. Government / Politics
U.S. For the most part, things here are related to US Politics. But politics in general is fun enough

How long does is usually take?Athos wrote:It would be an emergency election, so it wouldn't take that long.

I would imagine a few months. Given the circumstance, it might just go to the house of Representatives to decide who should be president while an election is put together. FTR: it's never happened in US History.

It's hard to imagine hearing on the news that all political leaders were killed in one explosion. But we wouldn't know exactly what would happen right?
Re: U.S. History / U.S. Government / Politics
That's correct. It would be hard to kill all those people.

Unless there will come a very clever terrorist.
Re: U.S. History / U.S. Government / Politics
That's about 20 people you'd have to kill. With their own agendas (and probably) high security, it'd be hard to pull of. And if one cabinet member goes down, I'm sure the rest would be put on high alert.

No. I don't think we have that.
