That song is "Sayonara Solitia" from Chrno Crusade.

The only place to find the full version is right from the artist, Saeko Chiba. She has a single with the song on it here:

The Chrno Crusade soundtrack itself only has the shortened "TV size" version of it. But that version pops up on the "Chrno Crusade OST Vol 1" CD.
