It should be, "My Moderator Application: (insert username here)" then your three poll options. Now, jsut wait, all in good time. Don't rush it, give youerself time to enjoy the spoils of bein' a regular user, then come back here and try for mod^^

And I haven't been mod or anything I just know this from what mods say, mods get more restrictions than the regular user.
